Mr. Frank C. Wilcox was appointed as Chief Financial Officer, Principal Accounting Officer of Universal Insurance Holdings, Inc., effective October 1, 2013. Prior to joining the Company, Mr. Wilcox held senior corporate accounting positions with Burger King Corporation and BankUnited, as well as various auditing, finance, accounting and SEC reporting positions from 1989 to 2000 at Coopers Lybrand, Blackstone, Dean Witter, CSFB and American Express. Mr. Wilcox was licensed as a certified public accountant in New York since 1996. since 2013.
