Mr. Kenneth F. Bernstein is President, Chief Executive Officer, Trustee of the Company. Mr. Bernstein was Chief Executive Officer of the Company since January of 2001. Mr. Bernstein received his Bachelor of Arts Degree from the University of Vermont and his Juris Doctorate from Boston University School of Law. Mr. Bernstein sits on the Board of Trustees of the International Council of Shopping Centers and serves as its 20172018 Chairman. He has previously served as the cochair of the Committee on OpenAir Centers, National Association of Real Estate Investment Trusts, Urban Land Institute, and the Real Estate Roundtable. He is a member of the World Presidents Organization, where he was the founding chairman of the Real Estate Network and currently sits on the Board of Advisors. Mr. Bernstein is a member of the Board of Trustees of Golub Capital. since 2001.
