Mr. John A. Bryant is an Independent Director of the Company. Mr. Bryant was an executive at Kellogg Company for 20 years and was its Chief Executive Officer from January 2011 to September 2017. Mr. Bryant joined Kellogg Company in 1998 and held a variety of roles including chief financial officer president, North America president, international and chief operating officer before becoming chief executive officer in January 2011. He retired as chairman of the board in March 2018 and chief executive officer in September 2017. In addition to his role on Ball board, Bryant serves as a board member of Macy Inc., and Compass PLC. He has also served as a trustee of the W.K. Kellogg Foundation Trust, and on the boards of directors of Catalyst and The Consumer Goods Forum. Mr. Bryant has extensive knowledge and expertise in accounting and financial matters, branded consumer products and consumer dynamics, crisis management, international markets, people management, manufacturing and strategy, and strategic planning since 2018.

Ball Leadership Team
