Mr. Anthony J. Guzzi is Chairman of the Board, President, Chief Executive Officer of the Company. Mr. Guzzi was elected to our Board on December 15, 2009 and was elected as Chairman of the Board on June 1, 2018. Mr. Guzzi was our President since October 2004, when he joined the Company, and since January 3, 2011, our Chief Executive Officer. He served as our Chief Operating Officer from October 2004 until January 3, 2011. From August 2001 until he joined the ompany, Mr. Guzzi was President of the North American Distribution and Aftermarket Division of Carrier Corporationrationration, a manufacturer and distributor of commercial and residential HVAC and refrigeration systems and equipment and a provider of aftermarket services and components of its own products and those of other manufacturers in both the HVAC and refrigeration industry. Mr. Guzzi is also Lead Director of Hubbell International, Inc. Mr. Guzzi has an extensive knowledge of our business, having served as our President since 2004 and our Chief Executive Officer since 2011, and the leadership, management and strategic vision that he has provided and continues to provide to the Company are invaluable. since 2018.
