Mr. David Natan is Chairman of the Board, President, Chief Executive Officer, Corporationrationrate Secretary of Forcefield energy inc. He has served as President, Chief Executive Officer, Director of ForceField Energy Inc. He is a seasoned financial executive. Formerly a Big Four CPA with Deloitte Touche, he has more than thirty years of experience in areas of accounting, treasury, finance, corporate operations, and executive level management of both public and private companies. Mr. Natans career spanned a wide range of industries. He has previously served as CFOTreasurer of four public companies and as CFO of three private companies. During his tenure as CFO, his public company was ranked as one of Forbes Magazine Top 50 Best Small Companies in America for three consecutive years. He also served as a Director of a public company and as President of a public company subsidiary. Mr. Natan has participated in over fifteen merger and acquisition transactions. He was instrumental in raising in excess of 500 million of debt and equity capital on favorable terms and from a variety of funding sources since 2015.
