Mr. Peter R. Ingram was appointed as President, Chief Executive Officer, Director of the Company. Mr. Ingram was a member of our Board of Directors and the President and Chief Executive Officer of both Holdings and Hawaiian since March 1, 2018. Previously, Mr. Ingram had served as Executive Vice President and Chief Commercial Officer of Hawaiian from November 2011 through February 2018 and as Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer of Holdings and Hawaiian from November 2005 through October 2011. Mr. Ingram worked at AMR Corporationrationration, the parent company of American Airlines and American Eagle Airlines, for 11 years prior to joining the Company. From 2002 to 2005, he served as Vice President of Finance and Chief Financial Officer for American Eagle Airlines. Prior to that, he spent eight years in financerelated management positions for American Airlines. Mr. Ingram received a B.A. in Business Administration from the University of Western Ontario and has an M.B.A. from Duke University . Mr. Ingram brings significant experience and understanding of the airline industry and publicly traded companies and familiarity with the Companys business, which allows him to contribute valuable insight and perspective to the Board of Directors.. since 2018.
