Mr. Barry B. Goldstein is Executive Chairman of the Board, President, Chief Executive Officer of the Company. Mr. Goldstein served as our President, Chief Executive Officer, Chairman of the Board, and a director since March 2001. He served as our Chief Financial Officer from March 2001 to November 2007 and as our Treasurer from May 2001 to August 2013. Since January 2006, Mr. Goldstein has served as Chairman of the Board of Kingstone Insurance Company, a New York property and casualty insurer, as well as Chairman of its Executive Committee. Mr. Goldstein has served as Chief Investment Officer of KICO since August 2008 and as its President and Chief Executive Officer since January 2012. He was Treasurer of KICO from March 2010 through September 2010. Effective July 1, 2009, we acquired a 100 percent equity interest in KICO. From 1997 to 2004, Mr. Goldstein served as President of AIA Acquisition Corporationration, which operated insurance agencies in Pennsylvania and which sold substantially all of its assets to us in 2003. Mr. Goldstein is a Certified Public Accountant since 2019.
