While at Echlin, he also served as Treasurer from 1990 to 1994 and as Vice President and Treasurer from 1994 to 1997. He is a certified public accountant and previously worked with PricewaterhouseCoopers. Since his retirement from Dana Corporationrationration, Mr. Onorato has consulted with a private equity firm on acquisitions. Mr. Onorato also served on the board of directors for Affinia Group Intermediate Holdings, Inc., a motor vehicle components manufacturer, where he was chairman of the Audit Committee, as well as the board of BPI Holdings International, Inc., a motor vehicle components manufacturer. In addition, Mr. Onorato serves as a member of the Advisory Board of the School of Business at Quinnipiac University. since 2008.
