Initially a mens shirt maker it then became a total look sportswear brand, supported by continual growth in sales and expanding distribution in the European, USA and Japanese markets. In 1993 Ruffini founded Ingrose, a very successful womens collection. In 2003 he acquired the Moncler brand, becoming a member, Chairman and CEO of Moncler S.p.A. Thanks to his remarkable strategic vision, over the next ten years he developed the global down jacket project, completing numerous initiatives and becoming an internationally recognised key player in the industry.
