Mr. Scott M. Zuehlke is Interim Chief Financial Officer, Vice President Investor Relations, Treasurer of the Company. Mr. Zuehlke was named Vice PresidentInvestor Relations and Treasurer of the Company effective January 25, 2016. Prior to joining the Company, Mr. Zuehlke served as Vice President, Investor Relations for Halcn Resources from 2011 to 2016, and as Director, Investor Relations for Geokinetics from 2010 to 2011. In those roles, Mr. Zuehlke was responsible for leading and managing the investor relations function and acting as the primary contact to the investment community. Halcn is an independent energy company focused on the acquisition, production, exploration and development of onshore liquidsrich assets in the United States, while Geokinetics is an international land and shallow water geophysical service company focusing on the petroleum and mining industries. Prior to joining Geokinetics, Mr. Zuehlke served as Manager, Finance and Investor Relations for Hercules Offshore from 2009 to 2010. Mr. Zuehlke began his career at Invesco, where he was employed as an Equity Analyst and Market Data Associate from 1998 to 2009. since 2019.
