Mr. Michael R. Descheneaux, CPA, serves as President of Silicon Valley Bank of the Company effective June 5, 2017. Mr. Descheneaux joined us in 2006 as Managing Director of Accounting and Financial Reporting, and was appointed as Chief Financial Officer in 2007, where he was responsible for all our finance, treasury, accounting and legal functions, as well as our funds management business until he assumed his current role in 2017. Prior to joining the Company, Mr. Descheneaux was a managing director of Navigant Consulting and held various leadership positions with Arthur Andersen since 2017.
