Ms. Cynthia L. Walker is the Independent Director of the Company. since October 2018. She was the Senior Vice President, Midstream and Marketing of Occidental Petroleum Corporation since 2016. From 2014 to 2016, she was Occidentals Senior Vice President, Strategy and Development. She joined Occidental in 2012 as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. Prior to that, Ms. Walker was a managing director at Goldman Sachs Co. where she worked for 12 years providing strategic advice in highprofile energy industry transactions as a senior member of the Global Natural Resources Group and Mergers and Acquisitions Group. She is a director of the Houston Zoo and the Childrens Museum of Houston. Ms. Walkers extensive knowledge and executive experience in the natural gas and energy industries, as well as her prior experience in finance and mergers and acquisitions, make her a valuable addition to our board. since 2018.
