Mr. Ronald P. OHanley is President, Chief Executive Officer, Director of the Company. Mr. OHanley joined State Street in 2015 to lead State Streets investment management business as the Chief Executive Officer and President of State Street Global Advisors. Since that time, he has held several senior leadership positions within the Company, serving as Vice Chairman from January 2017 to November 2017 and President and Chief Operating Officer from November 2017 to February 2019. Effective January 1, 2019, Mr. OHanley began his service as Chief Executive Officer and as a member of the Board of Directors.
