Mr. Javier Rodriguez Galli serves as Legal Director at Vista Oil Gas SA de CV. He acted for six years as senior inhouse counsel to Molinos Rio de la Plata, the Argentine food company. From 1993 to 1999, he had served as inhouse counsel to the international business development group of the privatized YPF S.A. Mr. Rodriguez Galli is the leader of the firm Energy and Natural Resources department and, with over 11 years at the Firm, has vast experience in the oil and gas industry. Additionally, he was involved in several domestic and international negotiations regarding acquisitions, divestitures, joint ventures and strategic alliance transactions.
