Mr. Mark E. Schwarz is a director and Chairman of the Board WILHELMINA INTERNATIONAL, INC.since June 2004 and Executive Chairman since September 2012 of Wilhelmina International Inc. Mr. Schwarz was our Chief Executive Officer from April 2009 through September 2012. He previously served as Interim Chief Executive Officer beginning in October 2007 and was formally appointed Interim Chief Executive Officer effective in July 2008. He is the Chairman, Chief Executive Officer and Portfolio Manager of Newcastle Capital Management, L.P., a private investment management firm he founded in 1993, which is the General Partner of Newcastle Partners, L.P., a private investment firm since 2012.
