Dr. Ju Jiandong serves as NonExecutive Independent Director of the company. Ju obtained a bachelor’s degree in mathematics from Nanjing University in July 1982, a master’s degree in economics from Tsinghua University in July 1987, and a doctorate in economics from Pennsylvania State University in May 1995.
