Mr. Eric Chin is the Chief Financial Officer of Apollo Medical Holdings, Inc. Mr. Chin was our Chief Financial Officer since July 2018. Mr. Chin has served as the Chief Financial Officer of NMM, one of the Companys subsidiaries, since March 2018. Prior to joining NMM, Mr. Chin served as the ControllerHead of FinanceReal Estate of Public Storage, Inc., a New York Stock Exchange listed company and a member of the SP 500. From May 2011 to October 2015, he served as Assistant VicePresidentFinancial Reporting of Alexandria Real Estate Equities, Inc., a New York Stock Exchange listed company and a member of the SP 500. Mr. Chin began his career at Ernst Young LLP in 2002. In his role as an Assurance Senior Manager at Ernst Young LLP, Mr. Chin provided assurance services to both publicly traded companies and private companies. In addition to providing audit and attestation services, Mr. Chin assisted clients with services related to equity offerings, debt offerings and technical research since 2021.

Apollo Medical Holdings Leadership Team
Elected by the shareholders, the Apollo Medical's board of directors comprises two types of representatives: Apollo Medical inside directors who are chosen from within the company, and outside directors, selected externally and held independent of Apollo. The board's role is to monitor Apollo Medical's management team and ensure that shareholders' interests are well served. Apollo Medical's inside directors are responsible for reviewing and approving budgets prepared by upper management to implement core corporate initiatives and projects. On the other hand, Apollo Medical's outside directors are responsible for providing unbiased perspectives on the board's policies.
