Mr. Maffei has also served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Liberty Media since May 2007 and Liberty TripAdvisor since July 2013. He has served as the President and Chief Executive Officer of Liberty Interactive since February 2006 and as a director since November 2005. He also served as its CEOElect from November 2005 through February 2006. Prior thereto, Mr. Maffei served as President and Chief Financial Officer of Oracle Corporation, Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer of 360networks Corporation, and Chief Financial Officer of Microsoft Corporation .
