Dr. Mehmet Cem Kozlu has served as NonExecutive Member of the Board of Directors of ANADOLU EFES BIRACILIK VE MALT SANAYII ANONIM SIRKETI since May 14, 2007. He received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from Denison University, as well as an MBA from Stanford University and PhD in Administration from Bogazici Universitesi. PhD from Denison University. He lectured International Marketing and Export Administration at Bogazici University from 1978 to 1981 and was a visiting Professor in the Department of Economics at Denison University in 1985. He was appointed General Manager and Chairman of the Board of Directors of Turkish Airlines in 1988 and held these positions until 1991. He also served as the Chairman of the Association of European Airlines in 1990. Cem Kozlu remained in public service as a Member of the Turkish Parliament from 1991 to 1995 and Chairman of the THY Board of Directors from 1997 to 2003 since 2007.
