Mr. Luciano M. Melluzzo is Chief Executive Officer of the Company. Mr. Melluzzo, was our President and Chief Executive Officer since November 15, 2017. He joined our company on September 11, 2017 as Chief Operating Officer. From November 2003 to September 2011, Mr. Melluzzo was employed in various capacities by EDAC Technologies Corporation, a designer, manufacturer and distributor of precision aerospace components and assemblies, precision spindles and complex fixturing, tooling and gauging with design and build capabilities, whose shares were then listed on the Nasdaq Capital Market. He served as EDACs Vice President and Chief Operating Officer from November 2005 until February 2010. From September 2011 to November 2015, Mr. Melluzzo was selfemployed in the residential real estate redevelopment industry. From November 2015 to January 2017, he was general manager of Polar Corporationrationration, a privatelyheld company specializing in computer numeric controlled milling and turning of small hardware components for the aerospace industry. since 2017.
