Mr. Joshua A. Kazam is CoFounder, Director of the Company. Mr. Kazam is one of our cofounders and served as our President from November 2017 until June 2018. He was a founder of Kite and served as a member of Kites board of directors from Kites inception in June 2009 until October 2017. Mr. Kazam also served as Kites President until September 2010. In June 2009, Mr. Kazam cofounded Two River Consulting, LLC, a lifescience consulting and investment firm. Since October 2005, he has also served as an officer and director and is the coowner of Riverbank Capital Securities, Inc., a FINRA member broker dealer. From 2002 to 2004, Mr. Kazam served as the Director of Investment Management for the Orion Biomedical Fund, a private equity fund focused on biotechnology investments. Mr. Kazam has served on the board of directors of Capricor Therapeutics, Inc., a publicly reporting biotechnology company, since May 2005, and Vision Path, Inc. since May 2016, Kronos Bio, Inc. since June 2017 and Platinum Eagle Acquisition Corporationration, a blank check company formed for the purpose of effecting a business combination with one or more businesses, since January 2018. Mr. Kazam served on the board of directors of Velcera, Inc. from 2003 until it was acquired by Perrigo Company plc in 2013. He is also the cofounder and has served on the board of directors of Veterinary Prime, Inc. since its inception in February 2015 and has served as the President of Desert Flower Foundation since June 2016 since 2018.
