Ms. Stephanie G. DiMarco is Independent Director of the company. She currently chairs the Audit Committee. Ms. DiMarco holds a B.S. in business administration from the University of California at Berkeley. Ms. DiMarcos extensive experience in technological developments for the asset management industry and her management experience as a founder, officer and director of Advent provide perspective on the management and operations of a public company. In addition, her extensive financial and accounting experience strengthens our Board through her understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting rules and regulations, and internal controls. since 2013.
