Ms. Judy R. McReynolds, CPA, is the Chairman of the Board, President, Chief Executive Officer of the Company. She has served the Company as President and Chief Executive Officer since January 2010. Prior to that, she served the Company as Senior Vice PresidentChief Financial Officer and Treasurer from February 2006 through December 2009 Vice PresidentController from January 2000 through January 2006 and Controller from July 1998 through December 1999. Ms. McReynolds joined the Company as Director of Corporationrationrate Accounting in June 1997. Ms. McReynolds was a member of the Board of Directors of OGE Energy Corporationration since July 2011 and serves as Chair of the Compensation Committee and a member of the Nominating and Governance Committee of OGE. She has served on the Transportation Industry Council of the Federal Reserve Bank of St. Louis since June 2012. Ms. McReynolds is also the current chair of the American Transportation Research Institute board and a member of the American Trucking Associations Board of Directors and Executive Committee. since 2016.
