Mr. Gilberto Magalhaes Occhi serves as the Chairman of the Board of Banco Pan S.A. since July 13, 2016. From 1980 to 1995 he was Manager of the Caixa Econmica Federal . Between 1995 and 2004 he was Market Manager of CAIXA in Esprito Santo. From 2004 to 2008, he was Regional Superintendent in Sergipe, and between 2008 to 2011, was Regional Superintendent in Alagoas. Between 20112013, was National Superintendent of CAIXA, and between 20132014, he was Government Vice President of CAIXA. From March to December 2014, he was Minister of State in the Ministry of Cities. From January 2015 to April 2016, he was Minister of State in the Ministry of National Integration. Currently is the CEO of CAIXA and Chairman of the Board of Directors of Caixa Participaes SA Caixapar. He has graduated in Law, master degree in Finance and Financial Markets at the University Vila Velha ES, Business Management from the University of Brasilia and Foreign Trade by the Catholic University of Brasilia. since 2016.
