Prior to joining the Company, Mr. Denning was an attorney with Dow, Lohnes Albertson, PLLC within DLAs corporate practice group in Atlanta, advising a number of media and communications companies on a variety of corporate and transactional matters. Mr. Denning also spent four years in DLAs Washington, D.C. office and has extensive experience in regulatory proceedings before the FCC since 2011.
