Mr. Victor J. Dellovo is President, Chief Executive Officer and Director since August 2012 of CSP Inc. He has served as President of Modcomps worldwide operations since October 2010 President of Modcomps U.S. operations from October 2005 to September 2010 President of Modcomps Systems and Solutions division from June 2003 to September 2005, following Modcomps acquisition of Technisource Hardware Inc., a company he cofounded in 1997. Mr. Dellovo is an industry veteran with more than 20 years of technology industry experience and leadership, as well as comprehensive knowledge of the Company and its operations. Mr. Dellovo led our Modcomp Inc., currently known as CSPi Technology Solutions, for four years.
