Prior to joining Procter Gamble, Ms. ListStoll was employed by the accounting firm of Deloitte Touche for almost ten years. Elected by the shareholders, the BG Foods' board of directors comprises two types of representatives: BG Foods inside directors who are chosen from within the company, and outside directors, selected externally and held independent of DHR.
