Claudio Granata - Eni SpA Chief Services & Stakeholder Relations Officer

Mr. Claudio Granata serves as Chief Services Stakeholder Relations Officer at Eni S.p.A. since July 1, 2014. After Graduating in economics, he joined the Eni group in 1983. From 1983 to 1994 he worked as a labour market and social welfare expert with ASAP . From 1994 to 1999 he continued his experience with Eni Corporationrationrate as an expert in industrial relations. In 2000 he was given responsibility for Staff and Organisation within Eni Servizi Amministrativi, a company that was set up to centralise Enis administrative activities. In 2001 he took over the management of Enis territorial divisions, for which he structured the management of the staff by geographical area and, in 2003, he took on the role of Business HR for Eni Corporationrationrate, ensuring support for Departments in the management and development of Eni Corporationrationrates managerial resources during a period of profound change, characterised by the mergers by incorporation of Snam and AgipPetroli and the redefinition of the organisational structures for the staff. In the same year he was also appointed as director of personnel and organisation of SOFID . In 2006 he was appointed Human Resources Director of the EP Division, where he oversaw the Planning, Management, Development and Compensation processes for the human resources and organisation activities. He also collaborated with the top management in the reorganisation of macro processes for the Division and promoted Change Management initiatives. From 2006 he was a board member of Eni International Resources Ltd, and from 2012 to 2013 he was appointed as Chairman of the board of Eni International Resources Ltd. From 2012 to march 2015 he was a board member of Eni Uk ltd. Since 2013 he was Executive Vice President Sustainable Development, Safety, Environment and Quality at EP.
