Leroy joined Toyota to start up the new French plant, Toyota Motor Manufacturing France in Valenciennes, as Vice President. He was appointed President of the plant in 2005 and started leading initiatives at European level in 2007. In 2010, he became President and CEO of Toyota Motor Europe, Toyota’s regional headquarter for Sales, AfterSales, R&D, Engineering and Manufacturing.
