Mr. Kapito served as Director and Vice Chairman of BlackRock, Inc., a global asset management firm, from January 1998 to September 2007 and has served as President of that entity since September 2007. Mr. Kapito served as Director and Vice Chairman of BlackRock Advisors, LLC, an investment management company, from February 1998 to September 2007 and has served as President of that entity since September 2007. Mr. Kapito also served as Director and Vice Chairman of BlackRock Capital Management, Inc., an investment management company and a commodity trading adviser registered with the CFTC, from November 1999 to September 2007 and has served as President of that entity since September 2007. Mr. Kapito served as Director and Vice Chairman of BlackRock Institutional Management Corporationrationration, an investment management company, from February 1998 to September 2007, and has served as President of that entity since September 2007.
