Mr. Victor Zorrilla Vargas serves as Chairman at Administradora de Activos Fibra Inn, S.C. since 2014. Prior to this, he cofounded Hoteles Prisma in 2002. He has more than 30 years of experience acquiring, developing and raising capital to fund real estate projects in the hotel sector. He has led Hoteles Prisma in the development and operations of select services hotels in Mexico. He is the former chairman of COPARMEX in the State of Nuevo Leon and former member of its National Executive Committee. He is also a Member of the Board of Directors of Asociacion de Hoteles of Nuevo Leon and former Vice President of the Monterrey Chamber of Commerce since 2014.
