Honourable Judge Vincent W. Versaci is an Independent Trustee of Clough Global Allocation Fund effective March 14, 2013. Judge Versaci has served as a Judge and Supreme Court Justice in the State of New York since January 2003. Currently, Judge Versaci is assigned as an Acting Supreme Court Justice and also presides over the Surrogates Court for Schenectady County, New York. Previously, Judge Versaci has served as an Adjunct Professor at Schenectady County Community College and a practicing attorney with an emphasis on civil and criminal litigation primarily in New York State Courts. Judge Versaci has served as a member of each Funds Audit Committee, Nominating Committee and as a Trustee since March 2013.

Clough Global Allocation Leadership Team
Elected by the shareholders, the Clough Global's board of directors comprises two types of representatives: Clough Global inside directors who are chosen from within the company, and outside directors, selected externally and held independent of Clough. The board's role is to monitor Clough Global's management team and ensure that shareholders' interests are well served. Clough Global's inside directors are responsible for reviewing and approving budgets prepared by upper management to implement core corporate initiatives and projects. On the other hand, Clough Global's outside directors are responsible for providing unbiased perspectives on the board's policies.
