Dr. Patricia D. Galloway is Independent Director of the Company. Her service ended with the merger of SCANA and Dominion Energy, Inc. She also served on the National Science Board from 2006 to 2012. We believe that Dr. Galloways experience in corporate risk management, combined with her executivelevel and dispute resolution experiences, qualify her to serve on our Board since 2017.
