Ms. Garrett currently serves as a board member and on the audit committee for Ethan Allen Interiors, Inc. She is an active mentor in W.O.M.E.N. in America, a professional development group aimed at advancing promising women, and is also on the board of the American Marketing Association, serving as past Chair. She also serves as Advisor for the World 50 Organization. Ms. Garrett serves on the strategic planning committee of the Western Connecticut Health Network and is on the board of Danbury Hospital. since 2017.
