Dr. Richard A. OLeary Ph.D., serves as Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President of the Company. Dr. OLeary originally joined our Company in July 2007. Dr. OLeary was our Senior Vice President, Controller and Chief Accounting Officer from July 2015 until his appointment as Chief Financial Officer, and served as our Vice President and Controller from May 2009 to November 2014. Dr. OLeary served as our Interim Chief Financial Officer from November 2014 to July 2015 and from July 2008 to May 2009. Dr. OLeary was Vice President, Corporationrationrate Development from July 2007 to May 2009. Prior to joining our Company, Dr. OLeary served in various positions at International Paper Co., a paper and packaging company, which he originally joined in 1986, including, as Chief Financial Officer of International Paper Company from June 2004 to June 2007. Prior to International Paper, Dr. OLeary was with Arthur Young Co since 2020.

International Flavors Leadership Team
Elected by the shareholders, the International Flavors' board of directors comprises two types of representatives: International Flavors inside directors who are chosen from within the company, and outside directors, selected externally and held independent of International.
