Dr. Prema MathaiDavis is Independent Trustee of Invesco Value Municipal Income Trust since 2010. Dr. MathaiDavis was a member of the Board of Trustees of the other Invesco Funds since 1998. Prior to her retirement in 2000, Dr. MathaiDavis served as Chief Executive Officer of the YWCA of the USA. Prior to joining the YWCA, Dr. MathaiDavis served as the Commissioner of the New York City Department for the Aging. She was a Commissioner of the Metropolitan Transportation Authority of New York, the largest regional transportation network in the U.S. Dr. MathaiDavis also serves as a Trustee of the YWCA Retirement Fund, the first and oldest pension fund for women, and on the advisory board of the Johns Hopkins Bioethics Institute. Dr. MathaiDavis was the president and chief executive officer of the Community Agency for Senior Citizens, a nonprofit social service agency that she established in 1981. She also directed the Mt. Sinai School of MedicineHunter College LongTerm Care Gerontology Center, one of the first of its kind. since 1998.
