Prior to this position, Mr. Hayes was JetBlues President, responsible for the airlines commercial and operations areas including Airport Operations, Customer Support, Flight Operations, Inflight, System Operations, Technical Operations, as well as Communications, Marketing, Network Planning and Sales from December 2013 until February 2015. He served as JetBlues Executive Vice President and Chief Commercial Officer from August 2008 until December 2013. Prior to joining JetBlue, Mr. Hayes was British Airways Executive Vice President for The Americas. Over the span of a 19year career with British Airways, he also served as Area General Manager for Europe, Latin America and the Caribbean. As a senior airline executive, Mr. Hayes qualifications include over 25 years of aviation experience, knowledge of the competitive landscape, brand enhancement and management. since 2018.
