Inc., from 2004 to 2018 and had served as its Chairman from July 2006 until September 2018, a director of Teva Pharmaceutical Industries, Limited, or Teva from January 2006 until February 2015 and had served as Chairman of the Board of Teva from March 2010 until December 2014. Dr. Frost previously served as Vice Chairman of Cogint, Inc., now known as Fluent, Inc., and as a director for Sevion Therapeutics, Inc. prior to its merger with Eloxx Pharmaceuticals, Inc., and TransEnterix, Inc., . Dr. Frost had served as Chairman of the Board of Directors and Chief Executive Officer of IVAX Corporation from 1987 until its acquisition by Teva in January 2006. Dr. Frost was Chairman of the Board of Directors of Key Pharmaceuticals, Inc. since 2007.
