Mr. Luc Lessard serves as a Senior Vice President Technical Services of Company. Mr. Luc Lessard is a mining engineer with more than 30 years of experience designing, building and operating mines. He is President, Chief Executive Officer and Director of Falco. He was previously Chief Operating Officer of Canadian Malartic GP, and prior to that was the Chief Operating Officer and Senior Vice President of Engineering and Construction for Osisko Mining Corporation where he was responsible for the design, construction and commissioning of the Canadian Malartic gold mine. During his career, Mr. Lessard has worked on many open pit and underground mine builds and prior to Osisko, Mr. Lessard was Vice President of Engineering and Construction for IAMGOLD Corporation and General Manager, Projects for Cambior Inc. From July 2014 to May 2016, he served on the boards of directors of Alio Gold Inc. and Highland . Mr. Lessard was Chief Operating Officer of Barkerville until October 2018 and currently serves on the board of directors of Osisko Metals Incorporated and Nighthawk Gold Corporationration Mr. Lessard holds a B.Sc. Mining Engineering from Universit Laval and he is a member of lOrdre des ingnieurs du Qubec.
