Mr. Scott T. Scheirman is President, Chief Executive Officer, Director of the Company. Mr. Scheirmanhas served as our President and Chief Executive Officer since October 2017 and on our Board of Directors since October 2016. Prior to joining the Company, Mr. Scheirman served as the Chief Executive Officer and a cofounder of JKL Ventures LLC, a private investment and strategic advisory firm since February 2014. Prior to JKL Ventures LLC, Mr. Scheirman served as the Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Western Union from September 2006 to December 2013. Prior to Western Union, Mr. Scheirman held a variety of executive leadership and financial officer roles at First Data Corporation, Western Unions former parent company, and began his career at Ernst Young LLP. Mr. Scheirman holds a BS degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Accounting from the University of Northern Colorado. Mr. Scheirman brings to the Board extensive strategic planning, finance, risk management, international, public company and corporate governance experience, and through his position as our Chief Executive Officer, he brings to the Board managements perspective with respect to the Company. since 2017.
