Mr. Arthur H. Penn is Chairman of the Board, Chief Executive Officer of the Company. He is Founder, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of PNNT and of PFLT from their inception in 2007 and 2010, respectively. Mr. Penn also is the Founder and Managing Member of the Adviser. Before founding PNNT, Mr. Penn was the CoFounder of Apollo Investment Management, where he was a Managing Partner from 2004 to 2006. He also served as Chief Operating Officer of Apollo Investment Corporation from inception in 2004 to 2006 and served as President and Chief Operating Officer in 2006. He formerly was a Managing Partner of Apollo Value Fund L.P. from 2003 to 2006. since 2020.
