Ms. Dian Siswarini serves as President Director and Chief Executive Officer of PT XL Axiata Tbk since April 1, 2015. She was Company Director of Network Services from April 26, 2007 to May 2011, and Director, Chief Technology and Digital Services Officer from May 2011 until June 25, 2014. She graduated from Bandung Institute of Technology majoring in Telecommunications in 1991. She has participated in several executive programs, one of which is Harvard Advance Management Program, Harvard Business School, USA in 2013. Dian Siswarini has more than 20 years experience in telecommunication industry. Began her career in 1991 and from 1996 to 2013 held several key positions with XL in the Network and Engineering Department. Appointed as Network Services Director in 2007, with the position then changed to DirectorChief of Technology. Following new strategy, she was in charged to lead the Content and New Business department in 2011, served as DirectorChief of Digital Services Officer until 2013. In June 2014, she developed her professional career in Axiata as Group Chief of Marketing and Operation Officer. The duties include expansion of her knowledge to support the growth of Axiata and its subsidiaries. since 2015.
