Ms. Kimberly A. Weimer is the Chief Financial Officer, Vice President of Enduro Royalty Trust, since April 2010. Prior to joining Enduro Sponsor, Ms. Weimer served as the Director of Investor Relations of EAC from October 2008 until its acquisition by Denbury Resources Inc. in March 2010. From May 2007 until October 2008, she was the Senior Manager of Financial Reporting at EAC responsible for all aspects of SEC reporting for Encore Energy. During this timeframe, Encore Energy completed its initial public offering and was listed on the New York Stock Exchange, completed two followon equity offerings, and purchased over 500 million in assets. Prior to joining EAC in 2007, Ms. Weimer worked in public accounting, beginning her career at Arthur Andersen. From May 2005 to May 2007, Ms. Weimer served as an Audit Manager at Cherry, Bekaert Holland since 2010.
