Mr. Christopher Michael Abundis serves as Senior Vice President, General Counsel, Secretary of the Company. was appointed Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary of SilverBow Resources on March 20, 2017, and leads the Companys legal and administration efforts including Legal, Human Resources, Corporationrationrate Services and Records.
