Mr. Matthew J. DiLiberto serves as Chief Financial Officer of the Company. He joined the Company in September 2004 and currently serves as the Companys Chief Financial Officer overseeing the finance, accounting, tax, investor relations and corporate capital markets functions of the organization. Mr. DiLiberto previously served as the Companys Chief Accounting Officer Treasurer from 2007 to 2014. From June 2000 to September 2004, Mr. DiLiberto was with Roseland, New Jerseybased Chelsea Property Group, now a division of Simon Property Group, a REIT focused on the development and ownership of premium outlet centers, where he was a Controller and Director of Information Management. From August 1998 to June 2000, Mr. DiLiberto worked at New Yorkbased Vornado Realty Trust, a diversified REIT with ownership interests in office, retail, and other property types, where he worked as a Senior Financial Analyst focusing on accounting and controls as well as the preparation of high level management reports and SEC filings. Prior to joining Vornado Realty Trust, Mr. DiLiberto worked as a Business Assurance Associate at Coopers and Lybrand, LLP . Mr. DiLiberto currently serves on the National Association of Real Estate Investment Trusts Best Financial Practices Council and is a member of the Board of Directors of the FDNY Foundation since 2015.
