Mr. Guthrie serves on the boards of directors of Nationstar Mortgage Holdings, Inc., an originator and servicer of real estate mortgage loans OneMain Holdings, Inc., a financial services company and Renovate America Inc. He previously served on the boards of directors of LifeLock, Inc. and Garrison Capital Inc. During his tenure with Discover Financial Services, Inc., he also served on the board of directors of Discover Bank since 2014.
