Mr. Anthony C. Allen is Chief Financial Officer, Vice President of Company. He was Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Sypris since January 2015 and as Vice President, Treasurer, and Assistant Secretary of Sypris from December 2004 to December 2014. Mr. Allen served as Vice President of Finance and Information Systems and Assistant Secretary of Sypris from 2003 to December 2004 and as Vice President, Controller and Assistant Secretary of Sypris from 1997 to 2003. He served as Vice President of Finance of Sypris predecessor from 1994 to 1998 and as Vice President and Controller from 1987 to 1994. Prior to 1987, Mr. Allen served in a variety of management positions with Armor Elevator. Mr. Allen serves as a Director and Chairman of the Finance Committee for Columbus Insurance Ltd., a captive reinsurance entity of which the Company is a member he was appointed as Treasurer in January 2015 since 2015.
