Mr. Elton L.S. Pereira is Vice President Exploration of the Company. He is a geologist with over 25 years of experience in mineral exploration throughout Brazil. He was previously Vice President Exploration of Brazauro, and prior to that was with the Rio Tinto Group where he acted as manager of several projects, being involved in the discovery of some of the known gold deposits in the Amazon Craton. Elton is a member of CREA the Brazilian Regional Council of Engineering, Architecture and Geology, a graduate of Universidade do Vale do Rio dos Sinos, and has a M.Sc from Universidade Federal de Ouro Preto, Brazil.
