Mr. Bruce L. Crockett is the Independent Chairman of the Board of Trustee of the Company. Mr. Crockett has more than 30 years of experience in finance and general management in the banking, aerospace and telecommunications industries. From 1992 to 1996, he served as president, chief executive officer and a director of COMSAT Corporationrationration, an international satellite and wireless telecommunications company. Mr. Crockett has also served, since 1996, as chairman of Crockett Technologies Associates, a strategic consulting firm that provides services to the information technology and communications industries. Mr. Crockett also serves on the Board of ALPS and Globe Specialty Metals, Inc. and he is a life trustee of the University of Rochester Board of Directors. since 2004.
