Mr. Peter Nash is appointed as NonExecutive Independent Director of the company effective 7 March 2018. He was formerly a Senior Partner with KPMG until September 2017, having been admitted to the partnership of KPMG Australia in 1993. He served as National Chairman of KPMG Australia from 2011 until August 2017, where he was responsible for the overall governance and strategic positioning of KPMG in Australia. In this role, Mr Nash also served as a member of the Global Board of KPMG and was the Chair of KPMGs Global Investment Committee. Mr Nashs previous positions with KPMG have also included Regional Head of Audit for Asia Pacific, National Managing Partner for Audit in Australia, Head of KPMG Financial Services and in addition, he has acted as Lead Audit Partner for some of Australias largest corporates. since 2018.
